By accessing or using XSDive, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use this application.
1. Permitted use
XSDive is provided free of charge for private, non-commercial use only. You may use this application solely for personal, educational, or evaluation purposes, provided no direct or indirect commercial benefit is derived from such use.
2. Prohibited use
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the author:
- Use within a commercial, professional, or revenue-generating context
- Integration into products, services, or internal business tooling
- Redistribution, sublicensing, or resale of the application or its output
- Copying, modifying, or reusing the source code in any form
- Automated or bulk access to the application
3. Commercial use & licensing
Commercial use requires a valid licence issued by the author. Use without a licence is only permitted where the author has explicitly granted written permission. See the Usage & Licensing section for details.
4. Intellectual property
All rights in this application — including its source code, design, and content — remain the exclusive property of Georgy Dobrev. No rights are transferred to the user beyond the limited permission to access the application as described above.
5. Disclaimer
This application is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The author accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of this application, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

The source code of this application is proprietary. Copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or otherwise reusing any part of the source code — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the author.

Exceptions

Usage & Licensing
XSDive may be used free of charge for private, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires a licence or explicit written permission from the author.
Evaluation
You may use XSDive free of charge for evaluation purposes for up to 30 days. Evaluation use is strictly limited to assessing whether the tool fits your needs and may not be used in active production workflows, client projects, or any context that generates commercial value. After the evaluation period, continued use requires a valid licence or explicit written permission from the author. To request an extended evaluation period, write to moc.icairbod@ofni.
Feedback programme
Participants accepted into the feedback programme are granted free commercial use of XSDive for the duration of their participation. In return, participants are expected to provide honest, regular feedback on their experience. Participation is personal and non-transferable. To apply, write to moc.icairbod@ofni with a brief description of your use case.
Commercial use licence
Required for companies and individuals who use XSDive as part of a commercial activity — including professional workflows, client projects, internal tooling in a business context, or any use that directly or indirectly generates revenue.
On-premises licence
For organisations that require a self-hosted deployment running entirely within their own infrastructure, with no dependency on this public service. Suited to environments with strict data governance, air-gapped networks, or compliance requirements that prevent the use of external web applications.
Use without a licence
Commercial use without a licence is permitted only where the author has explicitly granted permission in writing. Such permission is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the scope and duration agreed upon.

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Diese Anwendung verarbeitet keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es werden keine IP-Adressen, keine Gerätekennungen, keine Standortdaten und keine sonstigen Informationen erfasst, die eine Identifizierung einzelner Personen ermöglichen würden.
Wir erheben ausschließlich anonyme Nutzungszähler (z. B. wie oft bestimmte Funktionen aufgerufen wurden). Zu jeder Funktion wird dabei lediglich eine einzige, globale Zahl gespeichert – nämlich wie oft sie insgesamt, über alle Nutzerinnen und Nutzer hinweg, aufgerufen wurde. Ein einzelner Funktionsaufruf erhöht diese Zahl nur um eins; weder Zeitpunkt noch Standort, IP-Adresse oder Geräteidentifikation werden dabei gespeichert. Diese Zähler enthalten keinerlei Personenbezug, werden keiner Sitzung oder Person zugeordnet und werden regelmäßig gelöscht. Die Speicherung erfolgt auf Servern in den USA. Da es sich nicht um personenbezogene Daten handelt, finden die Vorschriften der DSGVO über Datenübermittlungen in Drittländer hierauf keine Anwendung.
3. Hosting
Diese Website wird über Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) gehostet. Im Rahmen des Hostingbetriebs kann Vercel temporär technische Verbindungsdaten (inkl. IP-Adressen) in Server-Logs speichern. Diese Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb). Vercel ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert.

Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies.
5. Ihre Rechte
Da keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet werden, bestehen keine Auskunfts-, Berichtigungs- oder Löschansprüche gemäß DSGVO gegenüber dem Betreiber dieser Website. Für Fragen wenden Sie sich an die im Impressum genannte Kontaktadresse.
